Community Engagement Officer

After 25+year working in the Animal Health industry, Helen took the opportunity to follow a different Animal Welfare path.  

Having previously volunteered in the equine department at Oaktree (having had horses for as long as I can remember!), helped at various fundraising events and adopted her gorgeous German Shepherd Dog from the charity, Helen was aware of the amazing work being undertaken.  When a position came available within the Community Team, Helen jumped at the chance to join us. Every day is different and comes with its challenges, but Helen says the rewards more than compensate!
