Communications include: a colourful e-update monthly summary of news and ways you can support us (email opt ins only), a biannual newsletter and very occasionally we ask for a little extra help on behalf of the animals of OTAC but you are under absolutely no obligation to respond!

We have an automated menu to allow more of our staff to be out and about, helping more animals in the community rather than waiting by a phone, so please bear with us. If you know the extension number of the staff member or team, you can dial it as soon as you hear the menu.

Please note, we do not operate a 24 hour telephone service and are only able to respond to messages between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. If you have lost an animal, please click HERE for further advice. If you have found an animal, please click HERE. 

In an animal medical emergency please contact your nearest vet. 

If you are concerned about an animal's welfare or if you feel it is being neglected, please contact the RSPCA 24hr cruelty line on 0300 1234 999.
