Description
Meet Tinsel (she is roughly 1 - 2 years old), although she has had a rough start to life, she has soon settled into cattery life and is the most affectionate girl.
Tinsel was handed in to Oak Tree after a member of the public found her weak and severely underweight beside a bin. Upon closely inspection by our vets we found she was riddled with fleas, covered in open wounds and clearly in a lot of pain. Although she has faced all these challenges in her short life, she is now receiving the care she needs and is slowly improving. Surprisingly, she loves attention from us and our volunteers here at Oak Tree.
We are looking for a special home for our Tinsel to cosy up in. We know she would thrive once she is in a safe and loving environment. She may like secure outdoor access once well enough.

WE HAVE MORE CATS IN NEED
On average, we have 400 animals come into our shelter every year. Please take a look at some of our cats looking for loving homes and see if you can find a friend for life. Where appropriate, all of our animals are vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. We also give each animal a behavioural assessment to identify their needs and help you find your perfect companion.
