Description
Distinguished Dexter is searching for his forever home. He was sadly surrendered due to a change in circumstances.
He is playful, active, great in the car and just an all round fantastic lad. He is currently working on his loose lead walking skills as well as building up engagement with his handler whilst out walking. Since we have found the right treat, this has been steadily improving.
He can be a little uncertain about meeting new people but throw him a toy and you will be fast on your way to becoming friends. His handlers now receive hugs and face licks on a daily basis!
Dexter has not been around children but could potentially live with older and dog savvy children (14+)
We are still currently dog testing him and so far, he has enjoyed a walk with a fellow collie. We get the impression however that he would prefer to be the only dog in the home.
