Description
Diamond (Didi) is a very friendly Shetland looking for her forever companion home.
Didi can be nervous of new people but once she gets to know you her personality shines through. She is an easy-going pony, getting on well with both mares and geldings. She is good to catch, lead, groom and bath. She loves to get involved with what is happening around her! She stands well for the vet and farrier.
Didi does suffer from some health issues so needs an experienced home that can meet her needs. She has Equine Metabolic Syndrome (EMS) and has had laminitis a couple of times in her previous home. Didi will need a grass free turnout area where she can spend most of her time with access to soaked hay. She currently spends a few hours out on grass daily, which she is coping well with, but this will need to be carefully monitored in her new home.
