Description
Juniper is a bright, curious youngster. She came to us back in January as a nervous and unhandled pony but has come on a long way since being with us.
She is good to catch and lead, and enjoys a groom. She is susceptible so wears a rug in wet weather
She can be nervous of the vet, farrier and wormer but has massively improved with consistent positive reinforcement training. We are looking for an experienced home to continue this training with Juniper.
Juniper is currently turned out with both mares and geldings during the day and stabled overnight, although has previously lived out 24/7 with a shelter. She gets on well with all ponies, although she likes to be the boss!
Juniper is a good doer so will need her weight carefully monitored as she continues to grow.
