Description
Juniper is a bright, curious youngster. She came to us back in January 2023 as a nervous and unhandled pony but has come on a long way since being with us, and is now full of confidence with everything that she encounters.
She is good to catch and lead, and enjoys a groom. She is susceptible to rain scald so wears a rug in wet weather.
She is good for the vet, farrier and to worm.
Juniper is currently turned out with both mares and geldings during the day and stabled overnight, although has previously lived out 24/7 with a shelter. She gets on well with all ponies, although she likes to be the boss!
Juniper is a good doer so will need her weight carefully monitored as she continues to grow.
Juniper would suit a home as a project for a small adult or confident child to back her when she is 4. She has potential as a pony club or lead rein/first ridden show pony.
