Returning an Animal to the Charity

Animals who originally came from us are always given top priority if they need to return to our care.

Please call us during opening hours - please indicate clearly that it is a returned animal.

You are also welcome to call any direct numbers you have been given for the team, and to discuss with our staff or behaviourist any current problems which it may be possible to remedy to avoid the animal coming back in.

If you have adopted an animal from another charity, please contact that charity first to arrange the animal going back into care.
